Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day at Natalie’s with one of the region’s premiere Irish bands, The Kells. The Kells play traditional Irish music with a genuine passion and a sincere sense of purpose. They pour their hearts into playing lively jigs, spirited reels and haunting airs with songs that reach deep into the moral and emotional part of man’s nature. Instruments such as the Irish uilleann, pipes, tin, whistle and flute provide the brilliant melodies, while the guitar and traditional Irish bodhran provide intricate layering, heart-beat and drive.
Karla Bonoff has been described as one of the finest singer/songwriters of her generation. That description is not hyperbole. With a career spanning four decades, Bonoff has enjoyed critical acclaim, commercial success, enduring popularity and the unwavering respect of her peers. In addition to charting with her own recordings, Karla has seen her songs become hits for Bonnie Raitt, Wynonna Judd and Linda Ronstadt.
Songwriter Showcase at Natalie’s presents Sally Fingerett, Eric Gnezda, and Stephen Kuusisto in concert. This special “Literary Edition” features three artists who are both songwriters and authors. They will be singing their songs and reading from their literary works, in our traditional “in-the-round” format. We are proud to present this show in collaboration with Worthington Libraries, and Gramercy Books, Bexley.
