We have installed a high-quality air filtration system, tables are spaced 6 ft. apart, employees are required to wear masks at all times, customers are required to wear masks when not seated at their table, hand sanitizer at every table, table seating for all shows, high standard of cleanliness during food & alcohol prep and serving
Advance tickets can be conveniently purchased through our secure website or Facebook page. Check the Upcoming Live Music tab on our website to check out our upcoming shows. You can also buy tickets in person during business hours. Finally, if you prefer to buy tickets over the phone, please call our ticketing service Showclix at 888-718-4253 Monday thru Friday from 9 AM – 6 PM.
You will receive an email verification. We will have a list of all the people who preordered tickets at the door for every show. Simply give your name at the door upon arrival.
Our ticket prices generally start at $10 and up, depending on the act. For select shows, there may be a higher ticket price for the reserved table seats.
Yes, as do most live music venues. We contract with a company to process and manage all of our ticket sales, and the fees they charge are added on to the ticket purchases, which includes online, phone, and in-person sales.
Start times are normally between 8 and 10 pm, and are listed on the Calendar page of our website or the event tab on our Facebook page. Please double-check all start times for events.
During the Covid crisis, all shows at Natalie’s have socially distanced table seating only. Due to limited capacity, we are selling tables of two and tables of four, but if you would like to sit with friends who are attending the same show, or you would like to add a single ticket to your an existing reservation or any other seating requirements you can call us during business hours.

You are more than welcome to just come for food and drinks. At our Worthington location we do start charging a cover for the music once the show begins. Subject to availability, we also have outside patio dining before and during the shows with no cover charge. At our Grandview location the dining room and Music Hall are in two separate spaces.
All ticket sales are final, but they are transferrable to other people. We would appreciate a call during business hours to notify us of any name change on the reservation.
Patrons under 21 are welcome to the shows, but may not be seated at the bar.
Pictures can be taken during most performances, but please be courteous of others.
Yes, we have full food/drink service during shows. We stop serving food at 9 PM during the week, and 10 PM on Friday and Saturday.
Please send an email to [email protected], and provide links to your website and Facebook pages, along with links to YouTube videos or other related promotional materials. Do not send unsolicited promo kits/CDs or leave phone messages. Preference is given to acts that actively promote themselves through websites and social media.
Every effort is made to respond to requests in a timely manner, but due to the large volume of requests, responses can sometimes take a week or longer.

No, gift cards can be used for food and drink only.
Please arrive no later than 15 minutes after the start of the show, as we will assume that you are no longer joining us and will seat another patron. If you are running late, please give us a call at 614-436-2625, so we can hold your table.
Yes, we take reservations for parties of 6 or more for dinner at our Worthington location, and for any size party at our Grandview location. Reservations can be made by calling us at 614-436-2625 during business hours.
We have our own parking lot in front of the restaurant at our Worthington location. A small number of those spaces are reserved for Veterinarian Clinic customers during their business hours but are available to our customers when they are closed. Additional parking is available during the evening and on weekends in the parking lot just south, adjacent to our lot. Please do not park there during their business hours.
At our Grandview location customers can park behind our restaurant anytime, and after 5 pm on the parking lot adjacent to us on the west (formerly Certified Oil), on the paved parking lot east of us across from the Sweat Box, and across the street (north) at the Graphic Awards Trophy Shop and the Montessori Children’s House. There is also street parking on Hess Street and Gerrard Avenue.
Currently, we do not offer delivery. We do accept carryout orders via our online menu or by calling us.
Yes, we have a full service bar with a great selection of craft beers (bottled and on tap), fine wines, and classic cocktails.
Yes, we are very proud of our fine wait staff, so just come in, be seated by our host, and we will provide full service at your table, at the bar, or at our outdoor patio.
We will do our best to accommodate any special dietary needs, and offer a number of vegetarian items for sale.
At our Worthington location, we do not offer gluten free dough due to lack of storage space; however, we do have a number of gluten free items on our menu. At our Grandview location, we do offer a gluten free cauliflower crust pizza option.
Yes, both locations have beautiful patios at the front entrances with tables, chairs, and a very nice view of the street.
Yes, both Natalie’s are wheel-chair accessible. Unfortunately, The Light of Seven Matchsticks is not. If you have other special needs or arrangements, please do not hesitate to call, and we will accommodate you accordingly.
