COVID-19 POLICIES

Until further notice, all shows at Natalie’s will require proof of vaccination (card or photo), along with photo ID, OR a valid negative Covid test 48 hours prior to entry. 

VACCINE POLICY:

All guests (dining and concerts) will be required to present proof of full vaccination (card or photo), along with photo ID,  OR a valid negative Covid-19 test result 48 hours prior to entry. A list of Covid testing sites can be found below. Please note that we do not accept at-home tests. Following City of Columbus mandates, everyone is required to wear a mask except while actively eating and drinking. Anyone under the age of 18 that is not vaccinated will be required to wear a mask.

NATALIE’S STAFF AND PERFORMERS:

All employees are required to wear masks. All front of house and back of house employees are proud to be fully vaccinated.   All performers are expected to be fully vaccinated at Natalie’s or provide proof of a negative covid test 48 hours prior to their performance.

REFUNDS: 

Full refunds will be issued upon request for anyone who purchased tickets prior to our Covid-19 policy change by emailing us as soon as possible, and at least 5 days before the show you have tickets to at [email protected]

CARRY OUT:

Any customers choosing to briefly come inside Natalie’s rather than using our Curbside service option to pick up carry out food and drink orders will be required to wear a mask.  Showing proof of vaccination or negative Covid-19 test result will not be necessary.

Natalie’s reserves the right to modify these Covid policies as needed, based on recommendations and mandates from health authorities, current covid statistics and other factors.
