  • This event has passed.

Soul Sunday continues at Natalie’s a very special program titled Soul Strings, featuring Paisha Thomas, the host and coordinator of Soul Sunday. The evening will feature the voice and songs of Paisha, along with Stan Smith (guitar), James Gaiters (drums), Jake Young (banjo), Nic Lacey (violin), Robert Mason (keyboard) and Phil Maneri (bass). She describes the show as having an “Ohio River soul vibe combining influences from gospel, funk, folk and early country music.”

The talented Paisha Thomas is a locally based entertainer who engages others through art with her singing and songwriting. She creates music about love, politics, self-discovery and the condition of the world.

Soul Sunday at Natalie’s is held on the first Sunday of each month, and includes a delicious Brunch from 11 am until 3 pm, with the Derek DiCenzo TRio performing between 11 am and 1 pm. The Gospel Soul Brunch show begins at 2:30 pm and presents the best national and regional gospel artists, hosted and coordinated by Debra James Tucker. The evening show, hosted by Paisha Thomas, features a variety of soul bands and artists starting at 8 pm. In addition to the regular menu, enjoy a soul food special, sponsored by Smithfield Ham, created just for this series!
